Progressive Educational Research and Social Development donated computers to Radiant Kinder Garten School at Rampura Banasree Project in Dhaka on the 15 th September 2005. The school Principal, Mr. Shajal Ahmed, received computers from Mahbubur Rahman (The President of PERSD). On this occasion, a magnificent program was organized where many guardians and all the teachers of the school were present. Mahbubur Rahman delivered a significant speech in this program. He stressed on the importance of representing education as something attractive in computerized way to the children.

Certificates Distribution Program!

Any development without computer is nightmare in this age of technology. People living in developing countries like Bangladesh realize its importance and are highly interested for computer learning. However, the educated mass of our country is deprived of computer learning today for the lack of requisite money and opportunities. Considering the urge of computer learning of this drop behind group PERSD has made arrangements of free computer learning.

PERSD organizes a grand program on the 8 th September 2005,at 3:30 pm in Asian University Auditorium to distribute certificates among those who have successfully completed courses on Computer Training and English Spoken Skill. Mr. Firoz Mahmud, The Country Manager of Microsoft Corporation, and Mr. Imran- Al- Amin, The Education Manager of Microsoft Corporation, were present in the program. Besides, Mr. Ahsan Habib, Program Manager of Bangladesh Television attended the program.

Mr. Mahbubur Rahman, renowned writer of Information Technology and president of Progressive for Educational Research and Social Development, presided over the program.

Many other distinguished guests, well wishers, and parents were present in the program.

The trainees, successfully completed courses, enjoyed receiving their certificates. They expressed hope for doing better in their professional life.
